Fertilizers Stocks - To buy or not to buy

Well i am talking here about indian fertilizers stocks, such as RCF and chambal fertilizers etc which are currently performing very well for traders and investors as fertilizers stocks have gained a good return.
But will this uptrend continue to grow,here is an interesting research study from CARE on monsoon which shows that monsoon for June is at a deficit of 16% at the national level.

Though there is still time for the deficit to be recouped.However, the sowing of crops could get delayed on account of this deficit, which though not a worry, will become one, in case the deficit trend continues, as was witnessed last year.
Anyway things will be clear till september 2010 till then use your brains cautiously.
