Holiday Resorts ? What is your opinion
High net worth investors Rakesh jhunjhunwala and Radhakrishna Damani are looking to purchase 1 crore shares in Sterling Holiday Resorts.
Actually Holiday Resorts is a Chennai-based resort company.
Shareholding pattern of company
The promoters own a 14.75% stake in the company, while foreign investors own 17.43%. The non-promoter holding in the company stands at 51.80%.
My view : I am not following this stock and i never buy a stock on the basis of news,things might not be as they look. All in all i am negative on it.
