Finolex cables News and update

Manufacturer of electrical and communication cables Finolex cables will soon be quitting its pvc business.As management realized the availablity of cheaper  alternatives like asbestos and galvanised sheets.The Freed capacity  Urse plant, near Pune would now be used for value added segment of compounds.

• Company waiting for clearance over thermal power plant on the Konkan coast
• Its JV with Corning Inc, USA - Finolex J-Power Systems Pvt Ltd will now start by the end of the year
