UCO bank and Vijaya bank will be issuing preference share of 500 CR.According to bank it is all geared up to issue 3.1 cr preferential shares to LIC.Board has approved the proposal to issue 3.13 crore shares to LIC on preferential basis.
In the case of kingfisher airline UCO bank has declared the airline’s account as a non-performing asset and the bank has made his intentions clear to not to allow any futher loan to airline till the account is not regularised.
