Facebook - Is It too complicated for small businesses ?


How to use social networks to maximize profits in small business Facebook is social networking giant and we can't ignore this fact. Most of us know it very well but only few are successfully using this tool to dig in wealth of PR and marketing. Recently i had a  chat with Ariane lapidario who is a Canadian florist and a frequent fb user.

Problems she told me :

1) Where to start from : Lots of Bla Bla Bla on net,some experts  points out tips,some say leave it to expert and just pay them, but  what about people who don't know the ABCD of facebook ,how to get  registered and how to create company or brand page ,how to make groups etc.

2) Time consuming and tiring job : It take lot of time / and ideas to add content to your page on a regular basis.

3)Too much complicated : How do i calculate the ROI. How can i  determine the user behavior,how to differentiate between a  prospective buyer and general visitor.

4)Facebook advertisement : How effective are they ? Should i purchase facebook likes or should i outsource management of my facebook pages. 5)Budget : I can spent only few dollars on this social marketing thing. I want to try it first before using it on regular basis.
